General Campground Information

We have just learned that Glacier National Park has decided to implement a ticketed reservation requirement for this coming summer season.
Moose Creek Resort is not responsible for the Glacier National Park Ticketed Entry reservation system. Moose Creek Resort is not responsible for your ability to gain ticketed entry into Glacier National Park nor will alter our cancellation policy due to your inability to gain entry. Cancellation and Early Check-out Policy

RV, Tent and Shelters: Cancellations must be received 15 days or greater prior to your scheduled arrival date to receive a refund minus a $60.00 processing fee per site regardless of when the reservation was made. Cancellations 14 days or less from your scheduled arrival date will forfeit entire deposit. You can not move your reservation dates or subtract reserved days within 14 days of arrival.
Cancellations or changes to your reservation must be made by emailing reservations@moosecreekrv.com

B&B and Glamping Pod cancellation policy: Cancellations 31 days or greater prior to your scheduled arrival date to receive a refund minus a $60 processing fee per room/Glamping Pod regardless of when the reservation was made. Cancellations 30 days or less from your scheduled arrival date will forfeit entire deposit. You cannot move your reservation or subtract reserved days within 30 days of arrival.
Cancellations or changes to your reservation must be made by emailing reservations@moosecreekrv.com

"No Shows" and early departures will be responsible for the total original reservation amount regardless of when the reservation was made.

We use the time in between check out and check in to spruce up the sites. Early check-in's are not always possible.
After-hours check-in - you will find your map with detailed instructions located on the bulletin board outside the office. Register and pay in the morning if you arrive after office hours. Call the office for further details 406-387-5280.

No call/no shows -Your reservation will be canceled and you will be charged remaining balance.

Tow Policy

We ask that our customers be conscientious of their departure date and time. Violators will be towed promptly at 1 PM. In the case a tow truck is required the customer violating their departure date will be responsible for charges.
*This policy includes those who have chosen to move sites during stay.

Quiet Hours

Daily 10pm to 6am; please be respectful and mindful of your neighbors. Loud and unruly behavior will NOT be tolerated and if not followed you will be asked to leave without refund.

Campfire's

Our beautiful resort is nestled among mature trees that hold in smoke, because of this we have chosen not to allow wood fires at each campsite. Please join us 7pm nightly at the communal campfire (weather permitting) for story swapping with your fellow campers. We lite the fire and supply the wood all you have to do is bring your S'mores, hotdogs and stories.

Saturday evenings mid June through August we play a family friendly movie on our portable movie screen.

Propane fire pits are allowed at your site! Please feel free to bring your own or rent one from us.

Tent and Rug Policy

Tents and Rugs are NOT allowed on the grass. Not all sites can accommodate both RV and tent, please call 406-387-5280 so we can help you find a site that will best accommodate you. Please note tents are not allowed at shelters or glamping pods.

Pet Policy

We love our pet's and welcome yours. Please help them continue staying for free by cleaning up after them. We have 2 pet waste disposal stations for your convenience. All pets must be on a leash when not in your RV or in our fenced in dog area. Do not leave your pet in your RV if they don't like being alone. If they disturb other guests you WILL be asked to leave.
We are more than willing to recommend local pet boarding businesses if you feel your pet would be happier there.
Sorry pets are not allowed in the B&B, Glamping pods, or shelters.

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is available throughout most of the campground. It is however, slower during peak times as more people are trying to connect. Please be respectful and limit yourself to only checking your email and websites of area attractions.

Campground Rules

Guests are responsible for the behavior of there children. All children under the age of 10 should be accompanied by an adult while in the laundry, restrooms, and gift shop. We also ask parents to supervise your children while at the play areas & while riding their bikes.

No pets or smoking allowed in the Bed & Breakfast, Glamping Pods, Shelters, Bathrooms, Showers, Laundry and Office Gift Shop.

Speed limit is 5 MPH. Please help us keep children safe by abiding by our speed limit. Speeders will be asked to leave without refund.

Washing of vehicles & RV's is not allowed on resort property.

Absolutely NO fireworks.

Generators are not allowed.

Guests receiving US mail must send packages to "Temporary General Delivery"
at the West Glacier Post Office (406) 888-5591. Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 4:15 PM, Closed Saturday & Sunday
